*SHIPPING POLICY:

Domestic shipping (within the US or US territories): Shipping of your artwork will occur within 1 week upon purchase.  Once you have placed an order and your shipment is in process, you will receive an email from me with tracking information once received by my carrier, FedEx.  If you prefer a specific delivery carrier or have an address change, please specify in an email to livi.gigi.art@gmail.com within 48 hours; before your shipment is processed (additional charges for alternate carriers may apply).

 

International shipping is available through carrier DHL and is dependent on your location and size of artwork purchased; you are responsible for additional customs and import duties that apply.  LIVI GIGI ART is not responsible for partial or full refunds for any unexpected delays that may occur during the shipment process.

 

*RETURN POLICY:

Original paintings and print purchases are all final and cannot be replaced.  All artworks are non-returnable unless multiple images are provided to LIVI GIGI ART by email that shows damage has incurred to your purchased artwork.  Unpack both paintings and prints carefully, and retain all materials that your artwork and package came with if you do need to return it - ONLY damaged artwork can be returned.

 

All paintings and prints are insured, but in the rare case that your package is lost or stolen, LIVI GIGI ART is not responsible for replacement or refund unless authorized.  You may file a claim with the carrier of the delivery.  Please contact livi.gigi.art@gmail.com for information and directions on when and how to report missing or lost packages.
